Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Muneo's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Muneo Inc, a Canadian company based in Quebec.

2. Definitions

  • "Service" refers to the Muneo application, website, and all related features
  • "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual or entity using the Service
  • "We", "us", or "our" refers to Muneo Inc
  • "AI Features" refers to any artificial intelligence-powered functionality

3. Description of Service

Muneo is a relationship protection tool designed to help founders and executives protect their most important professional relationships. The Service includes detection of emails requiring responses, relationship prioritization, meeting preparation, and communication insights.

4. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must be at least 18 years of age, create an account using valid credentials, provide accurate and complete information, and maintain the security of your account credentials.

5. Subscription & Payment

Muneo offers several subscription tiers. Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. We may change prices with 30 days' notice.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. Monthly subscriptions: no refunds for partial months. Annual subscriptions: pro-rata refunds within first 30 days.

7. EU Consumer Rights

This section applies to EU/EEA/UK consumers.

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. Contact to exercise this right.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the Service, share credentials, send spam, or reverse engineer our systems.

9. AI-Generated Content

Important: You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before use.

AI-generated content is provided as a suggestion only, may contain errors, and should always be reviewed before sending. Muneo is not liable for consequences of using AI-generated content without review.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service is owned by Muneo Inc and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your content and grant us a limited license to process it for providing the Service.

11. Data Protection

Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. We do not warrant uninterrupted service or accuracy of AI-generated content.

13. Limitation of Liability

Muneo Inc shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Dispute Resolution

For US residents: This contains an arbitration agreement and class action waiver.

Before formal dispute resolution, contact for informal resolution. US users agree to binding arbitration under AAA rules. You may opt out within 30 days of accepting these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in Montreal courts. EU consumers may bring proceedings in their country of residence.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
