Encryption everywhere

AES-256 at rest with per-user keys. TLS 1.3 in transit with HSTS enforced. Strong ciphers only. Your data is encrypted before it ever lands on our infrastructure.

Read-only OAuth

Muneo never has your password. We connect via OAuth and you can revoke access in one click from your provider settings: Gmail, Outlook, or wherever Muneo reaches.

Zero AI training

Your email content never trains any model. Not ours, not OpenAI's, not Anthropic's, not anyone's. Prompts are processed in-flight and discarded. We do not retain inference logs.

Delete on demand

Cancel your account and everything is purged within 30 days. Export your data first if you want it. No dark patterns, no email-the-team-to-cancel. One button, done.

Where is my data stored?

Hetzner Cloud (Germany). All customer data is stored and processed in the EU.

Who at Muneo can read my emails?

Nobody. Email content is encrypted per-user with keys we don't hold centrally. Not us, not our infra team.

Does Muneo train models on my email?

No. We use Anthropic and OpenAI APIs with zero-retention agreements. Prompts are discarded after inference.

How does Muneo learn my tone if not from training?

We extract style signals (sentence length, formality, vocabulary) from your last 90 days of sent mail. The content itself is never stored.

What happens if I cancel?

Your data is purged within 30 days. You can request an export before deletion.

Do you sell or share data?

Never. You pay us directly. We have no incentive to monetize your data and no ad business.
